• Coordinate with Process Owners, Product Owners, Architects, SMEs, Developers, and Operations teams.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Drive ServiceNow governance, standardization, automation, platform optimization, and adoption.
