Job summary

Synechron is seeking a seasoned Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to drive the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM solutions. You will lead design, development, and integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday to deliver portfolio governance and dashboards.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience and 7+ years in ServiceNow development, with strong communication and leadership capabilities. Competitive package and global opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and customize SPM modules including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
