Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale ServiceNow consolidation, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 6+ years of project management experience, PMP certification, and strong leadership abilities to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification.
• 6+ years of project management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and project dependencies.
• Strong experience facilitating project planning sessions and developing detailed project plans.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience presenting to project governance bodies, steering committees, and executive leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and related project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Oversee the consolidation of multiple ServiceNow instances into a single enterprise platform.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, develop work breakdown structures (WBS), and maintain detailed project plans.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance activities, including participation in steering committee and project review meetings.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, standards, and communication plans.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
