Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Sr. Program Management role.
• At least 7+ years experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow CIS Certifications in two of the three ServiceNow apps is required: ITSM, ITOM or SSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units.
• Manage vendor relationships with ServiceNow partners.
