Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in a client consulting environment. You will drive multi-workstream delivery, governance, and execution oversight to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes complex program management, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to agile/hybrid/ waterfall methodologies within a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations.
• 4+ years leading ServiceNow implementations in client consulting.
• Experience managing multi-workstream and multi-module deployments (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM...).
• Experience leading distributed and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale budgets and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Create methodology.
• Ability to briefing executives on project status and risks.
• Ability to document scope changes and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across functional and technical workstreams.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish governance cadence with status reports, RAID logs, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects and Tech Leads.
• Manage risks, issue resolution, and financial performance at the project level.
• Support scope management and change control with practice leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops and go-live readiness planning.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover planning, and transition to support.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards and governance.
