Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments. You will lead multi‑workstream engagements, manage budgets, and partner with clients to achieve business outcomes.

You'll roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, guide governance and stakeholder communication, and mentor delivery teams within our ServiceNow Practice. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
Minimum of 4 years of client‑facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
ServiceNow Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery (scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction).
Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client facing/internal deliverables (project plan, risk register, status reports).
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
Drive improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
Demonstrated ability to influence sponsors and stakeholders with governance, PM, and technical problem solving.
