Kyndryl is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Presales Technical Lead to serve as the chief technical authority for strategic client pursuits. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable ServiceNow architectures, guiding proposals, workshops, and delivery alignments with executive stakeholders.

You will operate in a high-impact pre-deal environment, shaping enterprise roadmaps, driving technical workshops, and ensuring solutions meet timelines, budgets, and modernization goals across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and deployment.
• 10+ years pre-sales, or directly supporting business development.
• 5+ years consulting with clients and becoming a Trusted Advisor.
• Deep technical knowledge in ServiceNow Now Assist, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, CSM, GRC/IRM, HRSD, PCM, FSO, HCLS-SM.
• Actively leading client conversations in use of ServiceNow’s newest offerings including AI Control Tower, MoveWorks/Employee Works, Armis, and Veza.
• Working knowledge and experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Finance/Capital Markets, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and other industries.
• Strong, demonstratable ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
