Job summary

Kyndryl Consult seeks a Senior ServiceNow Presales Technical Lead to act as the chief technical authority for strategic client pursuits. You will translate business goals into scalable ServiceNow architectures, lead technical workshops, and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

You will engage with executive stakeholders, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, and champion AI-driven workflows and platform modernization to drive client value across industries.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and deployment.
10+ years pre-sales, or directly supporting business development.
5+ years consulting with clients and becoming a Trusted Advisor.
Deep technical knowledge in Now Assit, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, CSM, GRC/IRM, HRSD, PCM, FSO, HCLS-SM.
Experience with AI/automation capabilities in ServiceNow and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned to client goals.
Lead presales, deliver technical workshops and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.
Promote Platform innovations and reusable architectural patterns.
