Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Advisory Consultant to join our Plano-area team. This remote-friendly role combines hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development with strategic advisory activities, pre-sales support, and SOW preparation.

You will lead client engagements, design platform roadmaps, governance models, and optimization initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more. Travel as needed for occasional engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven advisory consulting & technical delivery capabilities.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
• Design governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales to draft proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to plan scope, effort, and budgets.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, SCCM, JAMF).
