Job summary

CRI Advantage is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate technical requirements into business outcomes, and manage risk, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires PMP and Agile/Scrum credentials, 3–5 years of IT project leadership, and 1–3 years of ServiceNow PM experience.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience leading complex IT projects in fast-paced environments.
• 1–3 years of ServiceNow project management experience with successful implementations.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies.
• Strong financial management, including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Maintain urgency while balancing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks with mitigation strategies.
• Oversee SOWs, project financials, contract revisions, and compliance with business objectives.
• Collaborate with peers to improve processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies and align stakeholders.
• Foster an engaged, informed project lifecycle across teams.
