Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects for clients in the United States. You will provide day-to-day project management, align teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will guide project teams on Agile/Scrum practices, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and act as a single point of knowledge for the project portfolio. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding project teams using Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Ability to coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum adoption to delight clients.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget by removing impediments.
• Facilitate discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution across teams and clients.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to improve transparency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, and vendor/subcontractor tasks as needed.
