Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple product areas and industries. This client-facing role focuses on end-to-end delivery from planning to adoption, with an emphasis on change management to ensure user uptake and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should be located within or willing to work within EST hours. The role requires 8–12 years of business/IT experience, PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred, and a strong track

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technology projects (Agile and Waterfall).
• Proven OCM expertise: driving change adoption, building communication and training plans, executing adoption KPIs.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading ServiceNow projects involving two or more modules: TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS/BSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow projects across TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS/BSS and other product areas.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive organizational change management initiatives: stakeholder assessments, comms plans, training, adoption metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and status reviews with internal and client teams.
• Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Mitigate risks and remove project barriers while ensuring quality standards.
• Support internal change management activities and strategic initiatives within NewRocket.
