Northern Trust seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect focused on security to define enterprise security architecture, governance, and standards for the ServiceNow platform. You will drive access controls, identity management, and secure integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this role you’ll partner with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable, risk-aware solutions, mentor teams, and lead architectural governance across ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps initiatives.

• 15+ years IT experience with ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong understanding of security controls, access management, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform security architecture, standards, security patterns, guardrails, and roadmap.
• Establish governance and control procedures covering platform access, security configurations, applications, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide security architecture assessment for new capabilities, plugins, releases, and major solution designs.
• Identity management: SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access; drive least privilege and periodic access reviews.
• ACL & authorization: standardize table/record/field-level controls; optimize for security and maintainability.
• Integration security: secure REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, certificates, and integration identities.
