ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Architect with SecOps and IRM experience to drive platform adoption and customer outcomes. You will guide customers through architecture, governance, data strategy, and integrations to ensure long-term success.

You will collaborate with executives, platform owners and engineering teams while promoting leading practices and expanding ServiceNow across accounts. This role emphasizes architecture leadership and continuous mentoring.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites.
• Experience leading architecture and design in large, complex programs.
• Enterprise architecture experience across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF and IT4IT.
• Certifications in SecOps, IRM or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in establishing a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions.
• Ensure customers follow leading practices around instance strategy, governance, data, integrations and platform health.
• Collaborate with customer executives, platform owners and development teams to deliver a technically sound architecture.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard across the customer ecosystem.
• Support presales, scoping and estimates; contribute to best practices and mentoring.
