Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects for a large IT department.
• 10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals.
• 10+ years managing people.
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
• Extensive experience in communicating with executive and operational management.
• Large-scale project or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Engineering, or Business) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the ServiceNow platform, including governance, roadmap, and modernization.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers delivering platform development, administration, integrations, upgrades, and support.
• Establish engineering standards, release management practices, and operational processes for reliability and scalability.
• Guide solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning across the team.
• Collaborate with IT leaders, security, architecture, and business functions to align priorities and measure outcomes.
