Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead the enterprise ServiceNow platform's strategy, governance, and delivery. You will manage a team of engineers, align investments with business objectives, and drive modernization across ITSM, ITOM, and associated workflows.

The role emphasizes remote leadership, collaboration with business and technology partners, and ensuring platform stability, security, and value realization for the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in managing information technology systems and projects for a large IT department.
• 10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals.
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
• ITIL 4 or 5 Foundation Certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the ServiceNow platform, governance, engineering delivery, and operational excellence.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and related capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes to promote platform reliability and scalability.
• Drive platform modernization and AI capabilities adoption, including Now Assist and predictive intelligence.
