Job summary

LP Building Solutions in Nashville seeks a ServiceNow Platform Lead to be the technical and functional steward of the ServiceNow platform, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to maximize value. The role focuses on SPM, ITSM, CMDB, and platform standards while guiding vendor work and continuous improvement.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements with opportunities to drive platform reliability, security, and scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required or expected.
• Certified Application Developer and a Certified Implementation Specialist credential, particularly ITSM or another LP implemented capability, preferred

Responsibilities

• Configure and support workflows, catalog items, reports, dashboards, and related business requirements.
• Guides stakeholders in effectively using SPM across demand, portfolio, project/work, and resource management.
• Supports solution design, identifies risks and dependencies, and recommends corrective actions for unsupported configurations and technical debt.
• Maintains platform documentation and reinforces development, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and support standards.
• Provides day-to-day technical direction and quality oversight for vendor work, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Provides technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to administrators and developers.
• Monitors platform reliability, security, privacy, and access controls; coordinates preventive improvements.
• Configures and develops workflows, forms, tables, scripts, and integration efforts for platform enhancements.
