Job summary

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation seeks a ServiceNow Platform Lead to partner with business and IT stakeholders, guiding platform strategy, architecture, and delivery. You will drive adoption of SPM, ITSM, CMDB, and related practices while maintaining standards, documentation, and governance across the team.

You will oversee vendor work, coach administrators and developers, and ensure reliable platform operations, security, and upgrades in a hybrid work setting to support LP’s Nashville presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive ServiceNow experience.
Certified System Administrator required; additional certifications preferred.
Experience with SPM across demand, portfolio, and resource management.

Responsibilities

Configure and support workflows, catalogs, reports, dashboards, and Employee Center content.
Provide technical leadership and governance for platform standards and vendor work.
Lead integrations, CMDB/CSDM activities, and platform upgrades.
Coordinate testing, deployments, and environment movements; ensure platform reliability.
