Job summary

Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to act as a platform SME, guiding complex admin initiatives and mentoring junior admins. The role emphasizes governance, stability, and scalability while delivering scalable configurations and integration capabilities.

You will own CMDB data quality, oversee CI lifecycle, and drive platform health initiatives, including upgrades and guardrails. CSA and CIS certifications validate deep platform expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting and configuration expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (required).
• At least one CIS certification aligned to platform scope (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery, CIS-SAM, CIS-VR) (required).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong understanding of CMDB concepts and CSDM alignment.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior administrators and influence standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable administrative and configuration solutions.
• Lead platform upgrades, performance tuning, and health initiatives.
• Define and enforce configuration standards and guardrails.
• Mentor and review work from junior administrators.
• Resolve complex platform incidents involving scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Perform forensic troubleshooting of legacy configurations and customizations.
• Own CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and CI lifecycle management.
• Administer Integration Hub, MID Servers, and API‑based integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Identify and reduce technical debt and platform risks.
