Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform to own the product strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD. The role leads a team of product owners, analysts, and partners to maximize business value from the platform.

The position requires 7+ years in IT/enterprise apps with 5+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions and strong executive communication skills. Hybrid onsite in Phoenix, AZ with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors/partners.
• Proven ability to build strategic roadmaps and justify investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform vision, roadmap, governance, and prioritization.
• Lead the product team with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with architects for upgrades, architecture fit, and feasibility.
• Own release cadence, rollout readiness, and change management activities.
• Report platform health, KPIs, and risks to executive stakeholders.
