Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
Experience with ITSM/ITOM or related modules.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications
Advise internal teams regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform
Perform routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error remediation
Maintain and improve platform stability and adopt best practices
Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and ACLs
Provide training across the platform to internal teams and partners
Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform-wide reporting
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
