Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to provide technical and consultative support on complex platform matters. This onsite role supports multiple Huntington corporate offices.

The position demands strong knowledge of ServiceNow and OOP, with a focus on ITSM/CSM modules and platform stability. You will manage issues, advise stakeholders on process improvements, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to training and reporting strategies to support platform-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM/CSM/ITOM or related ServiceNow modules.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills (OOP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications.
• Advise internal teams and lines of business on process and technology inefficiencies within the platform.
• Perform routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error remediation.
• Maintain and improve platform stability applying best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge across the platform to internal teams and external partners.
• Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform-wide reporting.
