You will own end‑to‑end platform architecture, drive upgrade readiness, implement secure access controls, and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands‑on ServiceNow platform architecture design and implementation experience.
• Experience designing Business Rules, Script Includes and ACLs in a governed environment.
• Strong knowledge in at least one ServiceNow process area (e.g., HSRD, Source2Pay, LSD).
• Able to balance performance, security, maintainability and upgrade impact with solid examples.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform architecture and configuration decisions to support process domains.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop architecture diagrams, design docs, and acceptance criteria; participate in reviews.
• Design and maintain ACLs and least‑privilege access models for a global enterprise.
• Drive upgrade readiness, remediation of customization issues, and platform sustainability.
• Mentor developers and align implementations with enterprise roadmaps and GenAI initiatives.
