Job summary

Edward Jones in the U.S. is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and drive innovation within the firm. You will help guide the platform's health, integrations with on‑premises and SaaS apps, and data archiving strategies while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure to deliver secure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in design/architecture for ServiceNow or large enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow automation (Flows, Playbooks, Integration Hub).
• Experience with low-code/no-code aspects of ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership of the ServiceNow platform with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Architect, configure, and guide ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform health and stability.
• Oversee vendor and partner support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead architecture reviews and enforce best practices.
• Evaluate health scan findings and recommend remediation.
• Oversee evaluation, selection, and implementation of ServiceNow products.
• Develop integration strategies with third‑party systems.
• Define data archiving strategies to meet performance needs.
• Provide mentoring to team members and stay current with ServiceNow trends.
• Ensure compliance with security standards in system design and implementation.
