Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on ServiceNow platform architecture design and implementation experience on large-scale, enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing Business Rules, Script Includes and ACLs in a governed environment.
• Strong knowledge in at least one ServiceNow process area (e.g., HSRD, Source2Pay, LSD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain design tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform architecture and configuration decisions to support process domains.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish coding/configuration patterns to protect upgradeability and reduce technical debt.
