Job summary

Ameriprise is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom apps. You will own incident management, change control and platform governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include implementing integrations via MID Servers, REST and SOAP APIs, building dashboards, and driving service improvements. 4+ years of enterprise ServicenNow experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree and relevant ServiceNow experience.
• 3-5+ years of work experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Experience implementing ITSM/ITOM/HRSD and CMDB in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, operational support and health of ServiceNow.
• Provide ownership for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog and custom apps.
• Lead Major Incident Management events and coordinate recovery efforts.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting for platform health and performance.
• Implement and maintain integrations via MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
