Job summary

Nestortechnologies Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Lead in Austin, TX to drive end-to-end implementations and architecture decisions for ITIL/ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps. This role requires 14+ years of experience, CSA/Implementation certifications, and collaboration with remote teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

The candidate will manage hands-on configuration, integration, and reporting tasks, while guiding governance, development standards, and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA and/or Implementation Specialist certification required.
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITIL, ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines desired.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture including CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong scripting skills with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven ability to lead executive/stakeholder discussions on architecture and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations at client site.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services; QA for deliverables.
• Lead architecture decisions, governance, scalability and modernization.
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, ATF, and release governance practices.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud, identity management, and enterprise integrations.
