Astrica LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to drive ITSM, Knowledge Management, and Learning Management initiatives for diverse clients. You will lead technical delivery, advise on best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first setting.

Ideal candidates bring extensive ServiceNow experience, strong client-facing consulting background, and proven ability to guide Agile projects, estimate work, and ensure successful Go-Live execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow ITSM & Knowledge Management experience.
• 10+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and story sizing.
• Experience estimating units of work and coaching resources.

Responsabilités

• Dazzle clients by delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and advising on best practices.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and mentor technical staff.
• Estimate time/effort for tasks and communicate progress to the Engagement Manager.
• Own technical quality, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning.
• Assist with discovery workshops and define customer requirements with BPM consultants.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration initiatives.
