Job summary

Volto Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Technical Consultant to drive ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM initiatives remotely in the US. The role requires CSA/CAD/CIS certs and strong ITIL knowledge, with experience leading multiple implementation lifecycles.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality ServiceNow deployments and integrations.

Qualifications

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS certifications required or in progress.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience leading ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM projects end-to-end.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and estimates.
Guide architecture decisions, integrations, and migrations.
Mentor team members and ensure adherence to ITIL standards.
Engage with customers in meetings, provide status reports.
