Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a Senior/Technical Consultant with ServiceNow certification expertise for remote, fulltime work in the United States. The role requires leading implementations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and FSM, and mentoring teams through project lifecycles.

Candidate must be ServiceNow certified (Systems Administrator, Implementation Specialist) and have ITIL v3 foundation, Agile/Scrum experience, and strong stakeholder communication skills. Independent visa holders preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 foundation knowledge required.
• Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and estimates.
• Oversee implementation lifecycle and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Review and resolve application issues; provide proactive analysis.
• Mentor staff and share technical guidance with the team.
• Communicate with customers; provide regular status reports.
• Apply ITIL processes and align with industry standards.
• Engage in planning meetings and drive continuous improvement.
