Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow/ESM experience; 2+ years Federal.
• ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center.
• Update sets, source control, deployments, testing, upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate ITSM and CMDB/CSDM in large, data-segregated instances.
• Perform API integrations and data migrations.
• Handle Import Sets/Transform Maps and update sets to avoid outages.
