Job summary

eTel is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units. You will lead ITSM, CMDB/CSDM strategies, and integration patterns with REST/SOAP, MID Server, and SSO/SAML.

The role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow/ESM architecture, federal experience, and ownership of multi-module architectures. Security, data governance, and architectural best practices are central to this position; a CMA or CTA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow/ESM architecture experience.
• Designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and major ITIL processes.
• Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM, including CI relationships, data governance, service modeling, and CMDB health.
• Experience with ServiceNow products such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or IRM/GRC.
• Extensive integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML, LDAP, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience defining integration architecture, security architecture, data architecture, and application architecture for ServiceNow.
• Experience developing architectural documents, solution designs, data-flow diagrams, integration designs, and roadmaps.
• Experience establishing development standards, governance, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews and identify performance, security, scalability risks.

Place of Performance: Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.

Position Summary:

• Experience: 8+ years ServiceNow/ESM architecture; 2+ years Federal; prior ownership of multimodule architectures at n-2 currency.
• Designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.

Scope & Complexity:

• Must show experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-module architectures at an N-2 currency level.
• Highlight experience defining overarching integration, security, and data architectures; establishing development and governance standards across a 75k+ user base; and conducting code/design reviews to mitigate security and scalability risks.

Skillsets:

• ITOM Implementations, Discovery, Network Operations Center Experience, CSDM/CMDB strategy, integration patterns, upgrade strategy, performance & availability.

Certifications (or equivalent): ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Required)
