Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• US Citizenship is required for this federal position.
• MUST reside in the United States and perform work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations, support releases, testing, and upgrades.
• Enforce platform governance and quality standards; provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
