Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformation engagements across client environments. You will drive UI/CMDB integration, shape solutions, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver value.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel to meet clients. A CSA/CAD and 2+ years of consulting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ITOM/CMDB implementations.
• Lead client workshops and requirements sessions with business process stakeholders.
• Support both waterfall and agile delivery governance and planning.
