Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation for diverse clients. This client-facing role focuses on delivering innovative solutions, defining requirements, and guiding teams across design, development and deployment.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business objectives. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Advise on ITOM/CMDB processes and roadmaps.
• Lead client requirements workshops and facilitate sessions.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts.
