Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformations, driving design, configuration, and delivery across client projects. You will mentor a cross-functional team, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to both agile and waterfall methodologies.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, UI considerations, and creating high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the following: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Advise on ITOM/CMDB processes and align with business objectives.
• Lead client sessions and workshops to gather requirements and define roadmaps.
