EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives for a diverse set of clients in the United States. This client-facing role focuses on requirements gathering, UI development across mobile and web, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will guide a 3–5 person team, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time with quality artifacts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus 3+ years with ISM/SAM data foundations, discovery, event management or service mapping.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Define client requirements and drive UI across mobile, web and tablet platforms.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and maintain client relationships.
