Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification, plus other ITOM/CMDB certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and client engagements.
• Define user requirements and design UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team and manage project deliverables and communications.
