Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to drive transformation across ITOM/CMDB programs. You will lead delivery teams, design and develop UI components, and ensure alignment with client objectives across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces.

You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor 3-5 resources including offshore staff, and contribute to strategic roadmaps. Strong communication and may require travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, ITOM/CMDB related.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB implementations, including how business objectives are met through transformation.
• Analyze client people, process, and technology capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
• Lead client sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models; drive planning, status, budgets, risks and issues.
• Create high quality deliverables and artifacts.
