Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Operations Implementation Specialist to build and govern a CMDB strategy.

You will define CI classes, map services, and drive data integrity in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will own end-to-end Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with IntegrationHub and APIs while exploring GenAI-powered automation to improve alerting and remediation.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow platform proficiency including ITOM Visibility.
• Discovery patterns, credentials, and error handling.
• ITSM/ITAM/ITIL knowledge including CI and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Execute CMDB strategies including CI classes and service mapping.
• Configure Discovery and Service Mapping end-to-end, including MID servers and schedules.
• Integrate via IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and scripted APIs.
• Embed GenAI and Agentic Workflows into IT Operations for automation.
• Govern CMDB health, data normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into AI-driven solutions.
