Job summary

Wipro seeks a hands-on ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer to join our enterprise IT operations team in the United States. You will support CMDB data onboarding, governance, and automation initiatives, focusing on high-quality data and scalable integrations.

The role requires deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, HAM, and ITOM, with strong scripting in JavaScript and Experience with Integration Hub, REST adapters, and Transform Maps. 5–8 years of experience expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and HAM.
• Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB/ITOM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Onboard data, enforce governance, and map dependencies.
• Create automations to improve data quality and scale.
