Job summary

Take-Two Interactive is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Operations Implementation Specialist to lead CMDB strategy, governance, and infrastructure roadmaps in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will design and implement CMDB/ CSDM, manage Discovery and Service Mapping, build integrations, and explore GenAI/Agentic Workflows to improve alerting and data integrity, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing CMDB and CSDM in ServiceNow.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, and Flow Designer.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT projects.
• Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITAM, and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMDB strategy and governance.
• Configure Discovery, MID servers, and service mapping.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP and APIs; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
