Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Integration & Platform Security Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain secure integration standards and platform security controls across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will partner with product owners, cybersecurity, architecture, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant integrations for applications, automations, AI agents, and external systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages, software architecture, and security practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API security patterns.
• Experience with OAuth, authentication, and API lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, and maintain secure ServiceNow API integration standards and platform controls.
• Develop reusable integration patterns across REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs and MID Server.
• Implement OAuth frameworks, token management, and certificate-based authentication.
• Lead API lifecycle management including design standards, versioning, documentation, and monitoring.
• Enforce integration and security standards across the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and operations to deliver secure solutions.
