Job summary

Truist seeks a Senior ServiceNow Integration & Platform Security Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure integration capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will work with APIs, OAuth, and platform security guardrails in large enterprise environments, partnering with product owners, cybersecurity teams, architecture, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes IntegrationHub, MID Server, and OAuth frameworks, requiring deep expertise and a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong knowledge of APIs, security practices, and SDLC.
Experience with ServiceNow platform engineering and integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

Engineer and improve ServiceNow API integration standards and platform security controls.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain reusable integration patterns across REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, and MID Server capabilities.
Develop OAuth authentication frameworks and secure connectivity standards.
Define API lifecycle management including design standards, versioning, documentation, monitoring, deprecation, and retirement practices.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, architecture, and operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
