EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, engage clients, and own critical architectural decisions across disputes, banking operations and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technically complex implementations.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integration, data flows, security.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide implementation activities across delivery teams and ensure translation into configuration/code.
• Drive issue resolution and manage risks to deliver on schedule.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
