Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead architectural design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You’ll own solution architecture across workflows, integrations, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and engaging with external clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

The role demands hands-on leadership in design and build phases, strong communication with stakeholders, and travel 40-60% as needed.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a related field.
Typically, no less than 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define technical architectures covering case design, integration, data flows, security.
Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
