Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services. You will own end-to-end architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, working with delivery teams and clients to translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership during design and build phases, managing risks, and guiding teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders
• Prior consulting experience
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures covering case management, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Address complex technical challenges within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture is translated accurately into configuration and code.
• Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects, developers and testers.
