Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case management, integration, data flows, security.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architecture translates into configuration and code.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
