Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for banking operations, customer servicing and fraud use cases. You will own solution architecture across workflows, integrations, data security and performance while guiding delivery teams and interacting with clients.

The role requires hands‑on leadership in critical design and build phases, ensuring architecture translates into robust, scalable systems and aligns with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands‑on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM.
• Experience leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and related use cases.
• Oversee delivery teams and guide architecture translation into configuration and code.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects, developers and QA to ensure successful outcomes.
