Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You will design, govern, and drive successful implementations, engaging with external clients and leading workstreams from planning through delivery.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture ownership, and collaboration with CMAs, solution architects, developers, and testers. Travel 40–60% is expected; a CPA license is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience leading technically complex implementations and client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case management, integrations, and security controls.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
• Own architectural decisions and trade-offs; address complex challenges.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure successful integration, build, and deployment.
